Location is perfect, just steps from Times Square. The rooms are outdated and need a refresh. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Elevators can be slow, adding to the wait times during busy hours.

Stay was awesome, LOVED the central location—walking distance to everything. The view from the room was breathtaking. Would definitely stay again! Staff were amazing, especially Mr Mohamed. Only downside, rooms looked better in photos.

The weather was warm, had very comfortable stay in spacious rooms of the property. Continental breakfast was quick on the 21st floor. Stunning and incredible location, walking distance to Broadway Road. The room was updated and en suite, we will certainly stay here again.

The Manhattan At Times Square was truly a gem with plush beds and exceptional staff like Dolores, Dorothy, and Adam. Regret not being informed about the lack of fridges upon check-in. Missing a pool was a letdown, but the central location made up for it. Phone issues were a minor annoyance.

Accommodation was big size and popular with extremely friendly staff at reception desk. Well-appointed and air conditioned rooms, decent views of our room of Times Square. They provided variety of great choices for breakfast that was included.

The views of Broadway and the city skyline from the Manhattan at Times Square are absolutely breathtaking. I'll never forget standing by the window, taking in the vibrant energy of Times Square below. And, to my surprise, the staff went out of their way to promptly replace a defective hairdryer in my room, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, which affected my overall sleep quality.

De locatie is perfect, dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden en direct aan het kanaal. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en professioneel. Ze deden echt hun best om ons een fijne avond te bezorgen en waren zeer attent. Gelukkig was het ontbijt heerlijk en alles was mooi verzorgd. I loved being in the heart of Times Square, surrounded by the Disney Store, Fifth Avenue shopping, and the Rockefeller Center. Central Park was a beautiful getaway. The Met was a virtual delight. The Empire State offered plenty of places to eat.

The weather in December and January was such a disappointment, the whole park was covered in frost.

The hotel was awesome - super close to everything, yet still chill. The massive bed in my room was crazy comfy, and I loved chilling out in front of the big TV. However, the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, nothing major though. The staff were so helpful, I'd totally come back. 🌟

Manhattan At Times Square is conveniently located, only an 8-minute walk to the Majestic. the room was spacious, with a large closet and a comfortable king-size bed.

Loved our corner room on the 18th floor - so clean and comfy, big shoutout to the housekeeping team. Despite some minor room quirks, like the iffy door lock and lack of bedside tables, the great location, cozy room, and excellent housekeeping totally made up for it! 🌟

The location was lit - we could easily hit up the Official Times Square Walking Tour and take in the Broadway vibes. And the Art-Deco hall in the hotel was straight fire! Perfect for those Insta-worthy pics.

I recently stayed at a hotel that is in a perfect location closed to all iconic attractions and landmarks, making it very easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in had everything I needed like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable bed, and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping service was excellent and attentive, and they kept the room impeccable throughout my entire stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable stay in this area. However, the staff could benefit from more customer-first training, as some were rude or unhelpful.
